"Wish I’d Gone Somewhere Else"
I regret choosing this place. The staff came across as rude and careless, and it made the whole experience feel uncomfortable. I was hoping for better service, but I left disappointed

"Food showed up cold and soggy"
My order arrived cold, and even the fries were kind of limp and soggy in that way where the box feels a little damp inside. I noticed it right away when I picked up the container because there was basically no warmth coming through. Definitely not what I was expecting.

I went to Brothers BBQ for dinner with some friends, it was just a really nice place to be. Super chill, super comfy, and not too loud, which I really appreciated. The staff was easygoing, the vibe was relaxed, and it just felt good sitting there and hanging out. Just a good, good spot for a casual night...

"Portions were way too small"
The food actually tasted good, but the portions were so small for the price that I was sitting there like, how is this okay? I ordered bbq expecting to be full, and I left still kind of hungry. For what they charge, the plates really need to be more filling. I probably wouldn’t order again unless that changes.

I try to be fair because I know things get busy, but my online order didn’t go very smoothly. The checkout kept glitching while I was trying to place it, and then the food ended up arriving late. The food itself was okay, but the ordering experience was frustrating.

"I’ve ordered from Brothers BBQ a few..."
I’ve ordered from Brothers BBQ a few times now, and the food is usually good. The delivery, though, has just been kind of frustrating. My last order showed up almost 40 minutes late, and the tracking really didn’t update much, so I had no idea what was going on. One of the items was cold by the time it got here too. I don’t mind waiting a little, but it just feels like you can’t really count on the delivery time.

"Same letdown, different locations tbh"
I tried Brothers BBQ at two different locations because I figured maybe the first one was just having an off day. But nope lol, it was basically the same both times. The meat was dry, and the sides tasted like they’d been sitting out way too long.
The staff wasn’t rude or anything, just slow and kinda checked out. For what it costs, I expected way better ngl. I don’t think I’m gonna keep trying other locations

"Wish I hadn’t bought into the hype"
The smoke flavor was decent, I guess, but it came through weak on the ribs. I feel kind of stupid for trusting all the good things I’d heard, because I expected way more.

From what I remember, the mac was decent, but the beans were kind of bland. Nothing was bad or anything, I just walked away feeling like the sides could’ve had a little more flavor

"Really let down by the takeout"
I ordered takeout and felt disappointed. By the time I got home, the food was already cold, the ribs were dry, and one of the sides was missing completely. The sauce helped a little, but it couldn’t really save it. For what I paid, I was expecting a lot better. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

"Didn’t feel very comfortable here"
I stopped in hoping for a decent experience, but the staff came across as rude and not very welcoming. I’m usually a bit cautious about where I spend my money, and when the vibe feels unfriendly right away, it makes me hesitant to come back

"Brisket was tough"
I really wanted to like the brisket, but it came out way too chewy for me. The flavor was okay, but the meat was just kinda tough and hard to enjoy.

I wanted to like the place, and maybe I just caught it at a rough time, but the floors felt sticky and the tables looked like they needed a good wipe down. It would be more reassuring to see things kept a little cleaner, especially in the dining area.

"Sauce just wasn’t my thing"
I really wanted to like Brothers BBQ, but the sauce kinda threw me off. It was too sweet and had this sharp taste at the same time, like it was trying a little too hard.
The meat itself was okay, but when the sauce is such a big part of the meal, it makes a difference. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not a flavor I’d go back for.

"Not really worth what they charge"
The food was fine, but the prices were just too high. Like, way too high for what you actually get. The portions didn’t feel worth the cost at all, and I kept thinking the whole time that I was paying too much for a average meal. It wasn’t terrible, but for the money, I expected more. I left feeling like I could’ve gone somewhere else, spent less, and probably been just as happy.

They took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, they only fixed part of my order. It feels like these things never get fully handled the first time.

I ordered from Brothers BBQ the wait was frustrating. It said my food would be ready fairly quickly, but I ended up just standing around way longer than I expected.
The food was okay once I finally got it, like nothing bad or anything, but the slow service literally kind of killed the whole experience for me. Maybe they were slammed, but no one really said what was going on.

"Great catering for our party"
Well... the catering was great. The food showed up hot, and pretty much everyone went back for seconds, so I’d call that a win.
